Silent Secretary was established in 2004 to provide Law Firms, Insurance Companies, Investigative companies and many other businesses and individuals with outstanding support services.  The owners have been in the Dictation and Transcription industry since 1984.  Along with Silent Secretary, the owners opened and developed Med-Tech Transcriptions in 1995, a medical transcription and medical billing company. Med-Tech was recently acquired by an international medical transcription corporation.

Silent Secretary's management team, headed by Bruce Bonar, brings over 100 years of knowledge and experience in business management, office/law firm administration, dictation/transcription, database design and computer operations.
